"The front desk personnel were particularly welcoming and helpful. The suite was large, well layed out and very comfortable. Enjoyed eating at the Signatures Restaurant. They managed quite well considering they only had one chef during a major snowstorm in Toronto."

"The only reason this property is getting a 4 star is because of parking. Parking is limited around the property except if you pay 40$ for their underground garage. You can pay for parking through expedia for 20$ while booking the hotel but it is misleading. Expedia does not explain that you only get to leave the garage one time for your prepaid parking. So since the property is downtown and it was valentines day when i went so of course it was cold and snowing so i did not want to walk and...

"Very aesthetic hotel rooms"

"I really enjoyed my time and though the weekend was mostly rain, I found out you can get from the hotel to the Eaton Centre via the path way, which was vary nice and dry. "
