"Loved the Royal Sonesta but man they snuck on so many fees that my stay costed double what we were estimated. Thought I had a good deal but ended up feeling burned in the end. This ain’t to say it wasn’t worth the money but we maybe have looked at other places knowing the end cost."

"It is a large hotel conveniently close to many offices and tourist attractions. The hotel was fine though not exceptional. Among the positives I would include the location and the ease of getting food and grocery deliveries. Among the quibbles is that the reception seemed short staffed and perhaps as a consequence the staff didn't seem overeager to help. Thw gym is not open 24 hours. The north and the south winga being not connected at higher floors leads to some inconvenience."

"The airline is a different story. I was forced to pay an additional $400 to select seats. When purchasing the package I ensured to select a flight that gave me the ability to pick my seats since I have small children. Horrible experience and to put an exclamation on the trip I am still at the airport as the flight has been delayed multiple times. Never again!"
