"I don’t like the fact that I was charged extra because I checked in after 3pm on my arrival date. Had I known that I would be charged a little over half of my total amount for the full 3 days for a 4 hour late check in maybe I would’ve found some place else to sleep for the night and then checked in the next day! Very upsetting to see a second large charge on my account causing me to be able to do everything that I needed for my Grandson while I was with him."

"We had multiple severe weather incidents during our stay. The Drury staff was great in directing everyone to the lower level of the building. Top notch in customer service for sure!"

"We LOVED The Cambria, very hospitable staff (Spencer, Xyon, Joshua and Co.) nice and clean plus it was SUPER close to Broadway. We were able to walk to the strip each way, the ONLY downfall was walking down the (wrong) street with just too many men. Although they didn't approach us but still a bit scary/uncomfortable to have seen more than one urinating in plain sight. Other than that, it was a PERFECT stay, we will be back!!! Thank you!"

"Private bedroom and baths for sharing. Kitchenette and able to do breakfast, and easy meals for someone with serious food allergies. Easy proximity to most sightseeing."

"Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room and lobby were clean. Breakfast was a nice treat. Very good choice for us as first time visitors to downtown Nashville. "

"We had an excellent stay and I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was clean but the bathroom had the previous occupant’s hairs. When I called to alert housekeeping of it, they were sympathetic and came to clean but somehow still didn’t clean the bathroom. In the end, I had to look at the other person’s hairs on the shower wall every time I used it. Other than that, the place was amazing. "
