"Omg! This place is a hidden gem. Cristal and the whole Loews team were so accommodating to me. My flight was delayed and I had to for a very late check in. The bed!! I had to ask who makes the mattress. So comfortable , like I was sleeping on clouds. Would def recommend."

"The front desk girls were amazing in helping me (a mom) make sure my son, who was exhausted from 36 hours of travel due to weather delays, woke up and got back to the airport in time to make his flight to his destination. Not only did they go and make sure he was awake and moving but they called me back to let me know he was okay and awake. This kind of customer service is rarely seen these days…Thank you for caring!"

"My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sylvan property. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Elliot took very good care of us at check in as well as Princess. Also, the valet staff was the best I’ve ever experienced in Atlanta. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will surely stay again! "

"I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. I booked my stay because I had to work the weekend of a snow storm and this hotel was in walking distance of my job. I walked in and immediately felt like home. It was so clean and perfect. After a twelve hour shift, I looked forward to making the short walk from my job and getting in the bed. It was so peaceful. I’ve decided I’m going to randomly book me staycations here often!"
