"I loved the location of this hotel, the breakfast buffet and the room I booked. I totally recommend the King suite. It's big, classy and quiet. Overall, everything is very clean. Omg, the breakfast is wonderful with very nice views of the city. Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time. But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation. I didn't...

"The staff are the best. Due to flight delayed in the last-minute we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am early morning and the the staff were waiting for us and checked us in for only 5 minutes. Incredible. The hotel is located in extremely convenient place where you can walk or take public transit. "

"The only thing I didn't like was the pool. The water was really cold (I knew it was not a heated pool). The hotel was great, everything was clean, the staff was super-friendly and the breakfast was amazing. And located in a beautiful neighborhood. "

"A fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations! Warm, friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Everyone was so helpful, efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! "Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "

"Hotel was what is expected for this price range. The room was clean and modern. The staff were helpful and kind. And the location is good, on a nice neighbourhood, close to a subway station and a big mall. The only down side is that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like other hotels in the region. It has an underground parking, but it is a paid parking. They only offer a discount for Accor members."
