"Customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! One staff associate in particular, Stephanie, was able to accommodate our early check-in request which made traveling plans run smooth. The drinks at the bar exceeded our expectations! The location of the hotel was in close proximity to the Spectrum Center and restaurants we had on our list to visit. The hotel lobby was beautiful and our city view room was nice and clean. Would highly recommend this property. 5 star rating!!! "

"We had stayed at the Grand Bohemian in Greenville, SC and loved it. Thought we would see what the one in Charlotte, NC was like to compare. We didn't find it particularly inviting or warm but then, it's in a downtown area. We heard traffic and sirens during the night and we didn't care for the Argentinian art. While I would stay at another Grand Bohemian, I'm not a fan of this one."
