"The hotel was relatively clean. There was a massive convention at the hotel during my stay. The convention guests sometimes made it challenging to access the lobby, the entrance, and the elevators."

"Confusing as operating as a Marriott. Pushes you to pay to park when there is free parking. There’s an extremely convenient bridge into the mall. It’s winter & they don’t have an extra blanket in the wardrobe."

"When my family and I arrived at the Hotel, we were greeted with friendly smiles from all of the staff. This was the first time we stayed at the Bottleworks Hotel and were extremely impressed. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had everything including a well stocked mini bar. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was excellent. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. 👍👍"
