"The room we booked had a broken tv, so we were moved to a different room, which lacked a plush pillow top on the mattress like the first room had. The duvet in the second room had been destroyed in the wash, the feathers had made hard balls inside each cell of the comforter. It took an hour of calls and visits to the front desk for housekeeping to bring us a new duvet. Location was good though, and the staff friendly. "

"Hotel was truly lovely. Everyone working there were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was very nice, bed very comfortable. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and allowed us to order a simple egg and toast that was not on the menu. Great area near all the museums."

"We had a mostly positive experience. The location can’t be beat for shopping and dining (which is why we were there) — having the Galleria connected could not be more convenient. The staff were kind and welcoming, and one unexpected highlight was the shower — excellent water pressure, which is always a plus. However, the room itself left a bit to be desired.
