"Everything was fine. Only little things off were lack of luggage carts, but the staff jumped in to take luggage, and kind of stingy with the bathroom towels, but all in all, no other issues. "

"very nice, checkin desk staff was very nice. Room wasn't ready until after 430PM. Nice Room, great view, nice hotel. Due to an event at the hotel, there were a of guests. Bar service was terrible and the staff apparently was not happy either. Got a table, but no service. Paid too much for that to happen."

"It's one of my favorites when I visit Houston. Nice rooms and views of Houston. It's quiet and safe. Just don't like paying for fast speed internet which is $15 a night. Wasn't like this before they remodeled but I get it in business aspect. Just not good if you're trying to stream on your own device. Also when taking a shower the water took about 7 min to get hot. Other than that the staff is great, friendly and efficient. "

"I will say the hotel itself was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great! My only problems were the parking situation and the escalators to get to the hotel. The parking garage is an absolute nightmare to get to and to get into. The daily parking rate is soooo expensive. I had several issues with my room key to get out of the garage when I was in and out. Had to go to the front desk twice to get it fixed. Another issue was the escalator after the dreaded parking garage....
