"From the check in process to the check out process, it was fabulous! The champagne fairy was a great touch as well! As I was entering my room, a young lady was just coming out from leaving me a small bottle of champagne. Such a great start to my stay! It wasn’t long enough, and I plan to return!"

"Overal the property was well maintained. The fridge and sofa weren’t clean but the Supervisor was very accommodating and assisted us with all our needs. Their was one employee that wasn’t hospitable and had a negative disposition that made customers feel unwelcome. Otherwise, it was peaceful and very pleasant. Despite paying for parking, it was a nightmare to find adequate parking especially after the gate was up for an entire day allowing others to come and go."

"I was happy to learn one could walk from the back of the hotel rail exit and walk to the Spectrum center VIP entrance. I was able to park at the hotel, check in early and go off to my meet n greet at Spectrum center. I just wish I had food for after the concert venue. I guess I am not savvy on scanning QR codes for info and menu's. I couldn't see the full moon from my window but that is not the hotel';s fault.The staff people were helpful and the building was immaculate. I recommend the hotel."
