"Great place with lots of history. Mansion was built in the 1800s and was recently restored. We stayed in one of the newer apartments built in the 1950s, very roomy one bedroom with a modern bathroom and kitchenette."

"Laundry services /access would be most helpful since each owner may decide not to provide in units. Beautiful site and Views are amazing "

"The house itself is good but the parking is ridiculous. This is a 2 story house and the rent the bottom floor and the top floor separately. You each have your own entrances to the house but both parties share the driveway. This caused issues because someone was always blocking the other renters car in. Your not allowed to park on the street so you just have to hope the other renters are willing to move their cars all the time so you can get out of the driveway "

"There were a few things in need of repair, but overall the condo was nice and there was just about everything you need to cook stocked in the kitchen. The washer/dryer unit is pretty new. "

"Our stay at Harborwalk Lodge was fantastic. It’s off the beaten path but close enough to Galveston where the drive is nominal. The breakfast was delicious, the room was great, and the owners are a joy. 10/10 would stay there again."

"The building looked a little rough on the outside, especially in the front. Looks like repairs are being completed. But the room was very nice, modern, and clean. The swimming pool was outstanding. Grandkids had a great time. A negative was the sleeper bed. Kinda sparse on the padding. Not comfortable!"
