"It was a great experience at the Marriot Marquis San Diego Marina. The staff and services were great, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located by surrounding restaurants and shops. Everything is pretty much a walking distance, which is a good thing because parking was tough. We paid ahead for parking and still had to circle the hotel lot for 30 plus minute until we found a spot. Once in the spot we decided not to move the car until checkout, in fear that we would not find a spot...

"I live 10 minutes away from here and it’s the best staycation location!!! We loved everything, the bungalow rooms, the beautiful grounds, the dining, the staff. 5 stars. I wish it was a little cheaper so we could stay more often, but you get a really good value for all the activities included so I understand why."

"I felt the cleanliness - lots of spider webs everywhere (12th floor near elevator lights, all around the top floor windows.) really needs to be taken care of. Check-in process was great, the guy helping us was very kind but during happy hour the staff working not so much. I understand they are providing free drinks and there is a bit of a line, but no need to be rude. Morning coffee & breakfast was great. "
