"Our stay was great, staff were friendly and informative. Only issue we had was the wifi weak and was disconnecting on and off. "

"This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus...

"Short walks to grocery/kombini. spacious and clean. Upstairs neighbors can be loud and can hear stomping and footsteps. "

"Stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip. Property was modern and clean, located in a quiet spot. There's not a lot around however was close to the Asakusa station and is a short walk to the temple area. The room and bathroom was spacious and well laid out. There's two coin laundry machine but no laundry channel so getting the timing right for an available machine was tricky. In terms of location it's not as convenient for getting around Tokyo, however was good for getting to Narita...

"As the name suggests, they turn an apartment into a hotel. It's a very high-end apartment at that. So you have all the privacy and independency to yourself. It's very new as well when we stay during 2024 December. "
