"Excellent #1 hotel for a reason in Waikiki area , excellent location and views from the hotel and lot of activities happening once you get downstairs , house keeping, cafe everything was good. This will be the #1 hotel for me to stay whenever i visit to honolulu. Highly recommend this place stay."

"It would have been full five star if it weren’t for the building opposite having renovation between 10am and 3 pm really loud removing tiles or something with a jack hammer. The desk gave us a resort fee discount and a couple of mai tai vouchers and we made sure we explored the island and took care of business. "Great for a family. A block or so off the beach in a terrifically walkable and safe shopping and restaurant area with a lot to see, do, and experience. Wonderful hearty breakfast included in the room rate— best we have had at a hotel, with made-to-order omelettes, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, and even some regular and interesting foods like miso soup and fried rice. "I checked in early the day ahead of our stay thru a text message. The day of our reservation, I received a text around 11:30am saying our room was ready! Arriving at the valet, they were very understanding of my need to leave the car for a bit while I helped by 90 y.o. mom into the lobby. They grabbed our bags and moved them to bell service who provided a call tag to present to the front desk. "Loved that there were front & back entrances. One for quicker walk to main strip and the other quicker to the beach. Had a retractable clothes line in the washroom which was helpful after beach days. "
