"There's only one elevator for 4 floors, the restaurant were you eat is far from the rooms, the neighborhood was not so great, and I think that the bathtubs should be removed from the bathrooms. Our room was missing a sofa. Could not find the ice machine."

"Everything about Hyatt Pl., Albuquerque is five out of five. The rooms are large and with the sofa and writing desks in the rooms, it feels like you have separate sleeping and relaxing spaces. Breakfast is top-notch, and staff is very helpful."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room was great. Took my daughter and her friends to Albuquerque for her birthday and they enjoyed room as well. Only issue is the pullout bed that I slept on and I was unable to sleep very well. It was uncomfortable, it was sloping in different areas and thin so I could feel the springs but that is expected with a pull out bed and not big issue. Free dinner and free breakfast which was great! All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again! "

"The rooms are very small, much smaller than a regular hotel room. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was nice. However, for the price, there are better options. We stayed for four days and only booked this hotel for the first day, which turned out well. The room was too small for my husband, son and I. We did end up moving to one of the casinos for our second to fourth nights- which gave us much more space and provided more amenities for the price. This hotel was a small boutique...

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated well. Check-in was seamless, the restaurant was not only convenient, but the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was excellent! The bed was comfy! The shuttle to the airport the next morning was prompt, arriving 5 minutes after we came down, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! The only "down" thing about the property is it is dated, but it didn't bother me. It was kind of cool to be in the retro deco. "
