"Property needs to be refreshed, but is in adequate condition. Our fridge died, but maintenance was excellent and brought a replacement quickly. Breakfast was OK, but too many people to be able to get any. Worth the price and very conveniently located. "

"I booked my stay to go to busch garden. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfy. The only complaint is there were a few stains on pillowcase and bed sheet. Otherwise it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and clean."

"Anna checked us in quickly and made sure we knew the property, what time the complimentary drinks and snacks were and even helped us decide where to go to dinner . Dead battery in the smoke detector chirped as we walked into the room but housekeepers relayed to maintenance and it was fixed fast. Strange water restrictions kinda made the showering harder than usual but i think that was temporary? Slept very well with no problems or complaints. "

"The staff here is unusually friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed it. My mattress is getting a little old and they don’t provide much cleaning, etc of rooms but the staff, bar and breakfast made up for it. "

"I would recommend this property to anyone! It was nice and clean; tasty breakfast, 24-hr coffee. A notice taped beside the elevator mentioned promised upgrades to come. (I can only recall a gym as one of them because that is the first thing my daughter searched out.) My only personal negative was I forgot my white noise machine and it was much too quiet with not quite enough soundproofing for my sleep need. My adult daughter had no problem. "
