"This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! "

"Affordable place but dated and needs updates. Alarm clock flashed and wouldn’t allow a reset. Pillows were not comfortable. Bath tub was not clean, or gave the appearance that it was not. It’s an old property, so only so much they can do, but still opportunity to make it a bit more current. Overall good value for the money. "
