"I stayed here in December so it was off season. Absolutely worth the price for the stay. The staff was great, the pool was good- a little run down but good. Everything was clean! The location is wonderful! This was the perfect location to stay at to walk across the street to the beach or take a quick 10 min drive to the wharf. I’d recommend for sure!"

They will charge you a DAILY incidental fee of100$ that will be hold and released after. The room we were in only had the entryway light and the bedside.
