He didn’t know it at the time, but I actually re booked a stay at this hotel because of the service he provided along with the staff. Radika and Kevin at the restaurant were incredibly accommodating and were constantly eager to make sure I was doing well. "The Hyatt Place is a modern, classy hotel. We stayed one night in a spacious suite.This hotel features a nice pool area. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The check in person was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the wifi service was poor. Otherwise, I would have given the property an excellent rating. This is a great place to stay if you are attending a baseball game. However, you will need to drive to the game or take an Uber. Taxi service is also available. They...

"Charming old (1930s) property, very helpful staff, nice restaurant and cafe and within easy walking distance of downtown St Petersburg and the shopping district. Thoroughly recommended."

"My experience was above expectations. The staff was great upon arrival at check in and it was quick. The restaurant had a gf option of pizza which was very good and it took us 15 minutes to get to our gate the next morning. More gf options at the restaurant would be nice, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend it."
