The heater is radiant heating in the floor. As the signs tell you, it takes time for the temperature to change in the room. "The property was perfect for we needed. We had 13 people and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean except under the couch cushions when we went to open up the sleeper sofa. The smoke detector decided to start chirping at 11:30 pm so we had to do a bit of circus act to reach them as the ceilings are very high. We bought a new battery and replaced it the next day. Other than that it was a great weekend. Would definitely stay here again. "
