"The property is great and in a great location. The beach is just across a small road. Chairs are available to hotel guests and umbrellas for an additional charge. One of the elevators was out of order and there was painting/work being done on the property. These were inconvenient but not terrible. The room was great and the staff were wonderful. The Spa was spectacular! I’d stay there again. "

"I enjoyed my stay it was restful. The only problem I had was having to go to the airport way too early for my flight because the shuttle was full at the time I needed to leave. That’s because they only have one shuttle van and it goes to Home2Suites also for transporting people to and from the airport. You need to check in and immediately put yourself on the shuttle log in an effort to get the time you need. Wonderful hotel though breakfast was good 😊 "

"Loved the location. Walkable to a lot of restaurants. The hotel was clean and right on the beach. The only problem is that we stayed in the bungalows and while it was a nice room, there was no closet or drawers. There was no place to unpack your clothes. Maybe for an overnight stay or a two day stay would have been fine but more than that, it would mean living out of your suitcase. We loved the area and despite the lack of furniture in the room, would return."

"Everything was great until one day, when you did clean our room, no towels were left in the room, even after 4 hours. I went to the front desk to ask that towels were delivered and after 2 hours, nothing. I had to go back to the front desk and the employee (who was rude) finally gave me the towels in my hands. This is not up to the standard of a Sheraton Hotel to be treated like this. It was the second year in a row to your Hotel and we are thinking of maybe trying another Hotel."
