"We returned to The President because it ticks most of our boxes. It's comfortable, clean, good service, good breakfast and the location is great for our needs. Just round the corner from Russell Square tube station and some nice places to eat. It makes a great base to explore London. There is still some building work going on at the back of the hotel which can cause some noise but only through the day when you're likely to be up and about. This was the same as last years stay. "Nice stay, comfortable and the room came with a decent heater system on the cold night. A little noisy at times but literally kings cross station outside the window and nothing that would have kept anyone awake. Overall a decent place for a little pit stop stay. "
