"This place was amazing. If you ever wanted to stay at a quirky but absolutely fantastically fun place, this is it. From awesome restaurants, bars, scavenger hunting, ghost stories, and more to hidden passages between halls. I have never spent the night in a more unique place such as this before. "We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. "Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. "We really enjoyed our stay here and were so glad we found it after our first accommodations fell through due to fraudulent listing. I would suggest expedia lets you know that after booking you will be asked for your credit card and to scan your ID via an incoming email.
