"The property is beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had. Extremely clean. Only downfall is the hot tub was not working, but that is just being nitpicky! Thank you! "

"Lovely location especially in the winter when it's not too busy. Beautiful views. One bedroom suite ocean view was lovely. We were able to get a second room adjoining which was very convenenient. The view from the second room was poor. Very quiet except for the heating system at night that we turned off due to the noise. "

"The view of the water was lovely. The kitchenette, living room and bedrooms were just like shown the photos. Comfy beds, clean and a very nice walk-in shower. Not a big fan of carpet. Free parking and great restaurant! It is on the hwy so traffic eventually quiets but the starts up again in the early morning. We stayed on the ground level, and unfortunately, a herd of elephants stayed above. It was hard to believe the people upstairs could never stop walking around in a hotel suite with 3...

"Very interesting hotel, like the name "Grand" would suggest. Nicer area than most in Nanaimo also!"

"It feels like going to a spa staying at this resort when you take advantage of the sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, swimming pool, and massage chairs. The beds are very comfortable, but the sofa beds, not so much. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The only improvement I would like is salt and pepper provided in the kitchen suites."
