"The bed was a little more firm than I like. Next time I’ll pay extra for a room with a microwave. Loved the location, not really in the heart of the city but close enough to the major highways to get where you need to go. Lots of great dining options on facility. Great for couples without kids, wouldn’t recommend families because not much for kids to do on site."

"Accommodations were nice, very family friendly. Our room was quiet and well maintained.Friendly hotel staff. Upon check in we received 2 coupons for cocktails and snacks were provided. Elevators all were working and quick. Great stay."

"The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious but the bathroom was very poorly constructed. Very small and very little water pressure. There were several options on the breakfast buffet and it was very good. The pool opens at 5am which was nice. "

"Ashley at the front desk was amazing! She was friendly, personable and took the time to offer her favorite local suggestions to me! The hotel was clean and easy to get to! Our room was perfect for our family. Thank you Hyatt Place staff for making sure our long weekend get away was great! "

"The property and staff were excellent. I was upset that the hotel offered airport shuttle (per the Expedia website), as well as a train shuttle to downtown Saint Louis. When I talked to the receptionist, she stated the driver for the night I arrived was out, and they don’t offer train service. When asked if I could be reimbursed for my Lyft ride, she stated that since I reserved through a third party, I could not be reimbursed. Very disappointed with that aspect. "

"this is a perfect place for a quick stay to get to the airport for an early flight. Unfortunately, our flight was so early we did not get to have the breakfast, but the area was large and had a lot of options. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were not bothered by any noise of any type. There were a lot of fast food type restaurants within a quick driving range. We never could get the television to work… Couldn’t get the guide to function, but we didn’t complain about it....

"The snowstorm caused some issues related to transportation and dining, but none of that was the fault of the hotel. If you do happen to travel to Chesterfield during the winter, bring a 4-wheel drive and pack a lot of snacks. "
