"We had prearranged a shuttle to the cruise terminal. We had several problems with our transportation provider. It would have been much easier to use the transportation that you had available. Next time I will have to ask the hotel about transportation options."

"The staff consistently went above and beyond for our family - they were always ready with a smile, extra towels and even a little champagne. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but the location was perfect for the beach, and it was a great value! Pedro, Jefferson and the front desk crew were amazing!"

"Check in and check out was quick and friendly. Beds and bedding is nice along with Dove toiletries. Plugs were loose and didn’t work well for charging devices. There was no toilet paper holder. Long wait for food in the restaurant. Food was good though."
