« We had an amazing time here. We loved the Inn and would highly recommend it. They offer a lot more for the money with the free dinner/drinks event. The elevator was being replaced so it was down. They forewarned us so I requested a first floor room. They made it clear they couldn’t guarantee that but we got one and it was right by the pool/hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!! »

« Me and my husband come to Frankenmuth ever year for our anniversary. This was our first time at this hotel. David checked us in and was extremely kind and informative! The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The free breakfast had lots of options and was perfect. Our only issue was the beds. Let me preface by saying I suffer from chronic pain and we are used to a sleep number bed. We had 2 queen beds and both were extremely uncomfortable. « Hôtel situé à proximité d’une zone commerciale : Target. Le personnel est agréable et attentif surtout nos contacts lors du check in et du check out : deux femmes charmantes et bienveillantes. Chambre agréable et bien équipée, la literie est plus que correcte. Malheureusement le jour au niveau de la porte et l’insonorisation font qu’on entend beaucoup. La nuit ne vous attendez pas à une chambre obscure avec la lumière du couloir qui traverse la porte. Concernant le petit déjeuner, inexistant...

« This hotell seems pretty new. Room still had a freah newness about it. It was nice. The pool was nice. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the halls. You could hear things in the rooms next to you. The outside door on the side by the pool was not locked even though there is Key card reader there. Also the nice thing there was no noisr after 10p. »

« Improve: Ducts in the room needed cleaning. Maintenance man with no uniform or identification randomly shows up to our room asking if we needed a tub fixed. We did not. Need better disposal of breakfast dishes. Sustain: The rooms are spacious and the appliances work. Rooms are clean, and have plenty of outlets. Gym equipment consists of Life Fitness ellipticals and treadmill. Common areas are well kept, and the front desk staff went above and beyond. »
