"Perfectly fine ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel situated in the Shannon Airport parking lot. One does not stay here for its picturesque location, rather for its location. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. There is a small lounge area directly adjacent to the check in, however it felt too close to the employees for it to be comfortable. "Stayed here twice during the course of a week. (in rooms next to each other) Its obvious work has been done and i liked the hotel and the atmosphere. The food in the bar was very noice, reasonable and good size portions. If i am ever back in the area i wouldnt think twice to stay here again."

"We just completed a wonderful three night stay. Our room was clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious. Blackberry Lodge is within walking distance of some great pubs and a close drive to the Cliffs of Moher. Pearce and staff were very hospitable. Highly recommend!"

Did notice that there was one-two tables who knew that staff and seemingly chose to drive to this hotel to dine there. Room was spacious and comfortable. Design flaw with shower layout led to a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Prob would stay again based on convenience alone. "

Two night work stay

"I arrived late after work and being on the road for a few hours. I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was clean and my only single complaint was the shower head as the water flow was poor and the nozzles could probably do with a clean to free the flow. Breakfast was a buffet style and the food was good and hot. I had dinner on my second nights stay and it was lovely. There was plenty of choice. Overall I was very happy with my stay."
