"Free Shuttle to airport every half hour. Pick up from airport from ground transportation area 12. Just call when you get baggage. Hotel is used by a few airlines for their crews so shuttle is very efficient & they had several parked out front. Easy check-in & room was ready early. Hotel has large eating area with bar and several tvs in different areas with sofas for chatting. Our room was clean & large - your basic Marriott room. "

"The staff was excellent. Although the property is older it was quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and bar room were comfortable and an excellent gathering space. Charming. There were dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. free parking"

"Great location and hotel. It seemed like a newer hotel, so the room and bathroom were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was fresh and nice options. The staff were all friendly. We felt safe, as a key card was necessary to reach the occupied room floors from the elevator. I will note that there is a $33 a night valet fee to park, but we used the Galleria parking garage which was one block down the street, so an easy walk. Careful of parking across the street in the plaza, as there...

"We took the shuttle to the airport and it was exactly on time. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Thankful it was there since this area isn't really walkable to other restaurants."

"The rooms were amazingly quiet and comfortable. The area around the hotel was not great, typical downtown type area. Parking, loading and unloading area is kinda a nightmare. But you will figure it out when you arrive."
