"Fun family trip! The waterpark is just the right size for little ones, great for younger kids. Only drawbacks were that the waterpark bar and lobby bar were not open for our 2 night stay. The restaurant bar was open however. "

Hotel staff arranged for taxi to pick me up and transport me back to airport next day free of charge. Saved me having to wait for and pay for Uber late at night from airport. "Pool area is dark, not very clean. Pool towels are size of hand towels and bad quality. Hot tub was down and we were not told at booking. Very disappointing. Broken chair in room. Paper products in room extremely low quality. So much so my 6 yr old grandson commented. Loved shower products. Most staff on their phones every time we walked through. "

"Wow! We've traveled a lot recently in the US, Mexico, Austria, and this is by far the nicest hotel we've stayed at in a long time. It's obvious that everyone here takes pride in what they do. Not a single complaint. Everything was amazing. From the lobby, the decor, the comfy beds and pillows, the soaps, and the incredible shower, it all rocked our socks off. We've definitely found our new go to hotel downtown. "
