"I think there is a lack of communication between housekeeping and front desk. My husband and I got our room key, and when we opened the room door, the room wasn’t cleaned. But the front desk gave us another room as we asked. No big issues. "

"This property is nice and clean with the option of different rooms to accommodate your needs. I enjoyed my week stay housekeeping stops by everyday and always checks to see if you need anything. But, if you miss them the front desk staff is quick to accommodate your needs as well. Great hotel and staff. I recommend this hotel for long or short stays if you are in East Peoria. "

"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"

"We had just gotten off the highway so we had a late check-in. We were exhausted when we went to our room room 732. There was hair in the sink and hair in the tub but because I was tired, I didn’t worry about it. I just cleaned it out when I began to use the restroom. I noticed that there was a leak From underneath the sink and it was dripping on the hairdryer when I came downstairs the next morning I let the young lady know. She said to let the next person know she was going home. I informed a young man named Century and he said a maintenance man would bring me a bucket. The maintenance man never showed then I was charged five dollars for something that I paid cash for so I don’t understand the charge"
