"My friends and I stayed at Residence Inn Santa Fe. The location was perfect. It seemed to be close to the activities we planned and the restaurants we experienced. However, one of our tv's wasn't working so I told someone about it at the front desk. They were going to send someone to check on it. No one did, because when we looked at the TV, the cable cord wasn't even connected to the TV. I couldn't reach the back of the tv to fix it. When we checked out, I told the manager at the front...
