"Overall I’m not sure we would come back—we were given a room that looked like mold was growing in the shower. The carpet turned my poor baby’s feet black. We asked to move to a different room. It was much better but the carpet was just as dirty and the toilet leaked. The pool areas are clean and everyone who works at the hotel was very nice. If the rooms were cleaner, we would stay here again. "

"My room was great, more like a suite or mini apt! The staff was very helpful! The only things that made me rate 4 stars instead of 5 were for the continental breakfast-wished they had the waffle makers that are available in most other hotels, didn’t have more of a selection for cereals-it was nice they had scrambled eggs but I didn’t want that every morning. Also even though my room was great it was literally right next to the pool. I was there for 7 nights and literally EVERY night until 10...

"The room was ok. The bathroom switches are not the safest. Big gap. Would worry about a little kid being cureous. Also, the door key cards were a joke. Had maintenance come because the cards wouldn't work. We were then given 2 more cards. Hit and miss if they worked. We had to take our dog out at 2 am and fortunately we took multiple keys and finally after 5 tries, we got back in. Spoke with manager in the am and he was very apologetic and said new locks were coming. We probably won't stay there...
