"The staff was great! The breakfast was ok. As far as the room we had to moved to another room because in the bathroom the toilet was extremely low to the ground something for a small kids bathroom. The room had a lot of space plus they were also clean. I didn’t need room service because I did it myself. They was also doing remodeling which it made it very noisy. Other than that it was fine. "Alex, a young man from France, checked us in and was especially helpful and kind. We took his recommendation for authentic Cajun food and it was excellent. Donelle, the manager was wonderful as well, giving us a personal tour of the house along with many stories. She and her family were part of the rich history of the area, so she had many inside anecdotes. This is a special place to stay if you have any interest in delving deeper into Lafayette and Cajun heritage."
