"Set in a beautiful art deco building which has been restored to a high standard, this hotel is pretty much faultless for the money. Well thought-out rooms and the colour scheme and clean lines and colours makes it feel like Miami! Only complaint is that check in requires a mobile or email OTP for everyone staying in the room which is both unnecessary and a pain for international visitors. Also when the hotel server goes down it prolongs this irritating step. "

"Pros I liked the location and rooftop restaurants near by. The hotel has a cafe /restaurant with a balcony , and although the service was hit and miss I enjoyed sitting in this space. Day trips were easy to organise through the hotel. I found the hotel quiet and safe Cons I believe the hotel has a serious issue with airflow and damp in the rooms. I had read reviews on this previously but it was almost unbearable on my stay. There is also no air conditioning in super deluxe rooms even though it is advertised as having. There was only 1 charge electric point in the room working. While it seems petty to moan it added stress trying to get 2x phones charged daily after a days site seeing. The bathroom was permanently damp, and because of the lack of airflow the bedsheets and everything felt wet. "

"Had a 24 hour restaurant and room service. In the heart of the city for shopping. Metro is 10 minutes walk. For the price you pay it is worth it. "
