« Pour un lodge se trouvant à l'intérieur du Parc on aurait pu s'attendre à mieux. La chambre etait simple mais propre. Ce n'était pas le cas des autres installations, market store et restaurant avec très peu d'options de restauration. Point positif est l'emplacement. »

« Le chalet #2 est dans un état lamentable. Tapis taché, plancher très mou, salle de bain propre mais très vieille, impossible d’aller sur le balcon et divan défraîchi, lits semblaient propre. Une de nos pires expériences de logement. Nous y avons couché car nous n’avions pas d’autres options. »

« Very nice place. We stopped there on our way to Sequoia National Park and it's very convenient to reach the park from here. The breakfast was excellent and we were welcomed like premium guests ! The room was large enough for 4 people and m'y kids loved to play with the dogs and the puppies. Great place to stay at »

« It was a nice quiet stay, the owners live in the property, but they stay in their house, they didn't bother us. The property was clean and our kids had fun, they had board games, and toy provided, and a trampoline outside that our kids were allowed to used »

« The outside of the house was cute but the inside was a bit out of date and some things were falling apart. There was also no hot water so doing dishes and showering was not that pleasant. When we went to leave the first day, the door handle came off and I had to pop it back on. It was an okay stay, I get the pride is high because it’s in Sequoia but not worth the price in my opinion. »

« I loved staying at the JD Hyde Historic Inn and was delighted to find this hidden gem. The home is so superbly restored and the owners were really wonderful. I will be back. »

« The house was nice and clean and had what we needed. The area was beautiful. Locks on outside door and inside door should be the same. Water pressure on shower should be higher. »

« The communication and hospitality from the host was impeccable! The neighbors were friendly and helpful and we had access to so much that made the stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to add curtains to the front windows (there were field trip kids that passed by a few times a day and waved in - which was delightful! once I realized that I should probably put on a robe :/) We will definitely stay again - thank you!! »

« Perfect place to stay. It’s a nice little ranch like house. The yard it’s spacious and comfortable. Although we didn’t get to spend much time in the property, I’m sure that visiting at the right time, weather wise, the property can be an enjoyable experience. We spent most of the time visiting Sequoia National Park. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. I really liked the fact that everything is labeled! That’s a great idea to have for guests. »
