"Property is expanding/remodeling. The adjoining COVERED PARKING GARAGE was perfect considering the snow storm we were experiencing. Parking is free when you get the Hotel Validation stamp. Breakfast is fantastic... several other restaurants for lunch and dinner are walkable from hotel. Visit Straub's Grocery or Schnuck's (both driveable 5-10 mins away) for other food options."

"I especially liked the parking garage which was enclosed and possibly heated. I also liked the included breakfast and kickback evening buffet and drinks. I did not like the toilet in our room which was so low I had a difficult time getting up from it."

"The customer service was amazing- I called the hotel at 9p to let them know my flight was delayed and the lady that helped me was kind and understanding that I wouldn't arrive until midnight or possibly later. When we arrived at the front desk, the gentleman that serviced us was just as amazing. Every single employee who serviced us provided high quality hospitality. The room was just a tad sketchy, the bathroom door didn't have an inner handle or a fan, it was so humid even though we had the...

"This was a great stay. People were super friendly and helpful The lobby and restaurant were very very nice. Try the salmon at the restaurant - so good! The young man driving the airport shuttle was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel - they should promote him! The area around the hotel was okay but really you only need the hotel and parking was easy. A Hampton Inn is being added in the same parking area so there is some construction but no inconvenience. The rooms could use some updating...
