"We liked this property a lot more than we even suspected we would! GREAT staff. Very friendly. Shuttle convenient! Would absolutely stay there again"

"Room 1028 Located about a mile from downtown; a nice walk or scooter to get there. Room was clean and quiet although the edges of the wallpaper are starting to come up (really the only complaint about the room at all). The bed was really comfortable and I slept incredibly well. Breakfast was good, the coffee isn’t great, but it works We were there at the end of March and the pool was open, although not heated and the pool deck is not very inviting. I’m hoping they do something a little nicer...

"Great location; the team other than one person (whom we spoke to the front agent manager about ) was wonderful and helpful and very welcoming. Parking was confusing as we thought we only had a valet option, so felt a little duped but they were very pleasant and helpful too. "

"We went with our teenager to check out UT-Austin. The staff was very friendly (desk, restaurant, and valet). We were not expecting the high daily parking fee (valet only). We were able to walk to a lot of places. The restaurant was reasonably priced and tasty. There is a concert venue very nearby, so one night was quite loud. We were provided earplugs by the hotel. The air conditioner and mini fridge were a bit loud, but sleeping with the tv on drowned that out."
