"The property manager was responsive when two issues were reported. There wasn’t enough towels or bedding for the number of guests we paid for. To his credit he came over at 11 at night to rectify the issue. The second issue was the chirping smoke alarm. I think anyone renting a house should just change the smoke alarms on a regular basis. It kept us awake for two hours but the next morning when he received the report he did bring over a new battery. Location was great and he Responded quickly."

"Jack was more than accommodating and ensured that we had a nice quiet, quaint spot. The place was a little difficult to find but Jack got us in the right direction! It's a perfect place if you love nature and wanna far away from the noise of a city! "

"Great spot to stay. We had some issues, but maintenance was quick to respond and help us. In Grand Haven for a funeral. Couple things that are not critical, but would improve condo. Kleenex in the bathrooms. Shower rods and drapery rods need to be secured. Directions for TV. Three remotes! Location was perfect for family we needed to see."

"Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

"This was our first time renting a house on vacation and it met every expectation I had and then some! My kids enjoyed having their own space and I enjoyed having the space of a house. The yard was good to run around and play catch, the kitchen and dining room was nice so that we didn't have to eat out for our entire trip, the living room was comfortable and we enjoyed family movie night. "Had a confirmed booking and was charged however I never received any information on how to check into the property. I arrived at the property and no one was there for me to check in. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and never received a response. After traveling several hours to stay at this property I had to scramble to make other arrangements for the weekend. VRBO customer service to resolve this and provide a refund is atrocious and have been no help."
