"Stayed there for a week for our family trip. Staff was amazing, very friendly & helpful. It was our first time in Portland & the people in the front desk gave us helpful tips. Breakfast was included & it was delicious. A lot of different options. Hotel room was clean & very roomy. We will definitely stay there again in the future. "

"The check was fast and easy. The room was spacious, clean with lots of storage. The bed was nice and comfortable. The location is great with easy freeway access, lots of parking. The property is dated but appears they are trying to keep it clean and safe. The name of the property was previously known as Shilo Inn. The negative would be many of the light switches did not work, to include the heat lamp in the bathroom. There were tiny black ants confined to the sink/counter top/kitchen area."

"The staff was friendly and helpful with offering a recommendation on where to eat in the area after we checked in so late in the evening. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! I also love how dog friendly this hotel is too! We will definitely stay again in the future! "
