« Chambre spacieuse, au calme, bonne literie, Wifi ok, petit dej compris ok, salle du petit dej sympas, à 10 minutes à pied du "centre ville", navette aéroport gratuite 24/24 toutes les heures. Bref, une valeur sure et bon rapport qualité prix. Si il y avais qque chose à dire de négatif, pas de petit supermarché à proximité immédiate, mais l'hôtel a un restaurant et des distributeur de chips/sucrerie/boissons. »

« When i got in at 1 am, they were very accommodating. Though the elevator is stll down, the rooms were very well kept. If you park at the property on a wet day, park on the tree side, the other side (Napa side) gets up to 4-6" of standing water in some spots. »

« Building was pretty, room was more spacious than I anticipated. Checking in was a little strange as there didn't seem to be a conventional front office area. My room was in a separate building around a five minute drive away which was odd as well. Room was clean for the most part. »

« Had to find another place to stay at 11pm because we arrived on a late flight (5 hours after check in time) and the apt. was still in the middle of being cleaned (beds unmade, laundry in the washer and on the floor, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, all the cabinets open, ect). There was no one there. It was like they just walked out in the middle. No response from the owner for almost 24 hours. We were given a refund. Not the best start to our vacation. »

« This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve visited. The property owners have outfitted the rental with everything needed in a pinch! She has the fridge stocked with waters and small milk cartons. She has a pantry/coffee nook with coffee pods, creamer, sugars, cereals and instant oatmeals. I have never used a VRBO property that was so handsomely outfitted for the guests. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit the Fairbanks area. »

« Although close to town, this could be a bad spot without at least an all wheel drive. Even though uphill from the river, there were flood warnings for the neighborhood and some of the area coming in had water a foot deep. The weather alerts said it could get deeper which was kind of unnerving. The internet and in turn the tv service was very spotty although this was a big deal for us but streaming was difficult and would cut off. The kitchen amenities were okay but we planned on cooking in...

« Nice studio, but getting in and out of the loft bed is very difficult. I slept on the couch. »

« Fred and Janet are a delight! The offer the most amazing service of an "Aurora Wake-Up Call" -- during the night, when the northern lights are at their peak, they will knock on your door and let you know it's time to go outside. »

« Wonderful suite and Fairbanks was great. Steps to second floor could be an issue for older guests and should be mentioned in description. »
