"Great bed. Very comfortable. Very nice staff. Clean. I booked a “Accessible” room by mistake. So got a lot of room but slightly disjointed furniture and decor. The shower also didn’t quite fit so had to be held while showering. Other than that quite satisfied. Great location with shopping and dining next door. Good access to freeways. Close enough to the UC which is why we were there. "

"Very nice, quaint, historic building. Beautifully situated across Golden Gate Park. The staff went well out of their way to assure all our needs were met and to recommend points of interest. It will certainly be our choice next time we visit the city."

"This is a great hotel, convenient to the Millbrae BART station. I’ve stayed multiple times and all of their staff are friendly and helpful. I love the reusable water bottles and that coffee (or hot chocolate if you prefer) is always available in the lobby. I highly recommend!"

"The staff was very polite and the hotel itself was gorgeous. I stayed for a quick weekend and It was close to a lot of beautiful sightseeing areas and Chinatown which had a large variety of art and food! Would definitely recommend!"
