"The only problem I had was the laundry room. There was only 1 washer usable and out of the 2 dryers that I tried they never dried my clothes and I had to find somewhere else to dry them."

"A memory we will never forget! If you stay at a hotel staying at the suites here is the way to go! Much more room to spread out. The only frustration was the key card system. We kept getting locked out of our room because the card needed to be reset. The breakfast included wasnt that great either. "

"Overall not a bad place to stay. Would book again if needed. Front desk staff upon arrival was accommodating (in handicapped and can’t climb stairs) he upgraded our room because I couldn’t climb stairs to one near the elevator. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Front desk upon check out was efficient but definitely didn’t seem to be a people person that day. Rooms could use some TLC. Furniture was decent. Should be better pillows for a king size bed. Not just 4 smaller than standard size pillows. "

"We enjoyed our stay and were quite happy with the location of the hotel. Our two main negatives were: 1) No hot water in sink or shower 2) common areas like stairs and halls were a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of easy and safe parking. It was a very reasonable distance to get to Newport. I would consider staying here again. "

"Would’ve liked to have seen a digital clock in the room, so I wouldn’t have to grab my phone (& eyeglasses) to see what time it was when I woke up in the middle of the night. Toilet seemed low, but it was clean & worked well. "
