"The staff received us relatively late at night. She was super pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and had everything needed. The bathroom was large, with a bathtub and all the amenities. The room was super silent. Our stay was perfect. Check-out was as smooth as pleasant as the reception. Two big pluses: close to everything (shopping, restaurants, monuments) and they have parking available. Superb quality/price rapport!"

The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. "A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"
