"When we arrived at the hotel we got worried that the parking lot looked small but thankfully, we found 2 available spots right away. The reception area was spacious and decent. I was a little disappointed with the front desk employees, though. Both of them didn’t seem friendly and welcoming. I honestly never got a smile from the person who helped us. He had no emotions whatsoever. When I first walked up to him, he just stared at me and waited for me to say what I needed. I’m still thankful...

"I like the room, we stayed in a suite and the space was amazing. The balcony was not impressive, as ours faced another building that was very close to our location and didn’t offer anything special besides looking at a crummy block wall. Service and people were super nice! "

"This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it...
