« Good welcome at our arrival. First room that we are given, the room is open and upside down. The second room, problem with the access card, but the room is clean. We ask for a microwave because there is none in the room. The delay was one hour. The bed is comfortable, carpet on the floor. A first, to take a shower, you must follow the instructions. These are hidden by the shower curtain...quite incredible. »

« Stayed in York for business in Baltimore, hotel was in good shape. The marketplace in the lobby was pretty much bare of any snacks or food. The room itself was pretty decent.
