"Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms with shower. Our rooms on the third floor overlooked street below and had great view of the ocean. There is a nice common patio on the second floor. Made-to-order breakfast was included. In center of town, near all tour meeting spots, restaurants etc. Good value."

"This property is advertised as a hotel but it’s actually an apartment. It’s a great apartment, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a great room downstairs with direct access to the beach. However, I cannot get past the deceit. It’s advertised as a 10-bedroom hotel, with consierge service (there’s none), pool (there isn’t one), plasma TV (no TV), WiFi (didn’t work any of the six days we spent here), etc. They did have cleaning service daily, which was very nice and they did a great...

"We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The reception staff were really welcoming and spent time explaining all about Isablea island and the hotel. The room had 2 beds (family of 2adults / 1 child) and the shower had plenty of hot water. Wifi is a bit hit and miss on Isabela. The room also had a TV. "Family owned. Very warm and welcoming, helpful, caring. Room very comfortable and clean. They coordinate tours and daily activities for you. We felt like home. Es un hostal familiar. Chic hotel on west side of town

"Amazing stay in this beautiful island. One of the best in all Galápagos. We arrived to Isabela via boat. We decided to walk from the port instead of taking a taxi. Is a long walk, so if you have heavy luggage I wouldn’t recommend it. Rooms were comfortable, modern and some have spectacular views of the ocean. The shower though, had this plunger thingy mounted on the wall which you have to press repeatedly every 10 seconds or so otherwise the water is cut off. We stayed in 3 different islands and every hotel had a feature similar to that to preserve water. Staff was super friendly. However they mixed up my reservation and somehow they were expecting us the day before. And they were sending messages asking at what time I would be arriving at the hotel. Breakfast was simple but good. The infinity pool is nice if only a little small. There’s a great bar next to the property. Beyond that, a huge park great for hiking and wildlife watching. I recommend this property 100%"
