"The room is good but the bathroom is really basic and would benefit from an upgrade. It is a quiet beach and place but it is a good walk, uphill from the main street. Not much shadow so can be chalenging in a hot day. But the view for the breakfast was amazing. "We have just stayed at Mail Sunrise. We had a Balinese suite which was on the top floor of a small 2 storey block. I was under the impression we were getting a stand alone bungalow but once we entered the room I was happy! It was beautiful. "Absolutely loved this place. However, I missed not having any sun loungers on the beach to relax. The stairs were quite hard work to walk up as our room was right at the top. But the staff and the view was still worth it. We especially loved having breakfast brought to our room in the mornings."

"My wife and i stayed at Anda Resort Koh Lipe in March 2025. Staff were friendly at check-in but that was it. Our room was big, but dark as was the restroom. The television didn't work so had to get another one. That only had one English speaking channel. The remote didn't work properly. Upstairs was noisy from kids running around from other customers Breakfast was terrible. Cold scrabbled eggs in a tub and no one to cook fresh eggs for you. "The staff are excellent. Always pleasant, and very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts were wonderful with lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful location - especially given how developed KoLipe has become (at times overwhelming). The only critique is that with the limit on lounging beds around the pool something must be done to give more fair and equal/equitable access. It is NOT acceptable that people could come out early, park their towels on the beds and aften would never appear...

"We stayed in a bungalow. The interior is made completely of wood, which makes the room rather dark and very hot. The whole bungalow and the bathroom seem rather new. Cleaning service came by every day and changed the towels. It is very quiet and in a good location (close to the beach and walking street). "

"The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending."

"Kind owner. Lovely staff. Attentive to your needs. You can walk or pay 50 bath for taxi saling anywhere you want to go. Beach front restaurant is perfect place for a drink and delicious Thai foods. Papaya Mom on walking street was my all time favorite place to have dinner. This was my 2nd time on the Island. Last trip was 6 months ago. I stayed 3-4 weeks each visit. Stay 5 nights at Adang Resort. Amazing place. Very peaceful. Love everything about Thailand. HappyTravels. "

"We were disappointed from the hotel because we would have expected a little higher standard for the price we paid. The hotel has a beautiful location directly at the beach, with a dive school and Italian restaurant as part of it. We booked the Family Bungalow, which was spacious but very basic. Very loud at night as the wooden wall are so thin you can hear everything outside - late nights from the neighbors and a restaurant directly next door from another hotel. "The villa was so beautiful! The private outdoor rain shower was amazing!! The beach was nice with crystal clear water but too many boats and ferries. The sunset beach is a 10 min walk and it was quiet with white sand and turquoise water! Breakfast was superb and the tables are right on the beach. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect "
