"Hotel is spotless clean and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is the noise levels are quite high due to it being a Muslim area and people going to prayer early morning but for one night it’s ideal for Pakbara pier which is 5mins walk away but the hotel has a shuttle service to the pier. Don’t be put off by the name budget as its better than some 5 stars we have stayed in."

The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. "The staff were very kind and happy to meet our accommodation needs. The breakfast was delicious. Had a variety of good options for everyone and the staff were flexible about the time. The room was comfortable, but all the rooms on the pond face eachother, so be cautious of keeping your curtains open, there is not much privacy. The rooms also do not keep out sound well. You can easily hear your neighbors and anything going on outside. The hotel is next to the park, we were able to walk there...

The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to hang the clean clothing on. It would have been nice to have offered to sweep our room during our 5 night stay. All in all we would possibly stay again but would ask to see the rooms first before being assigned. "
