"For the cost was what expected. One night stay, place to lay the head down. "

"Check in was sketchy. Sketchy employees and sketchy reception area and parking lot. However I had a room on the upper floors and when the elevator opened I was shocked to see brand new carpet and paint. The room was a lock off so it had a mini kitchenette a large bathroom and a king size bed w partial ocean view. Pleasantly surprise by the conditions of the rooms bs the reception area and the attitude of the front desk (I wanted to run and cancel my reservation). So overall great stay. "

"Cost of water & snacks are overrated , & parking is limited ,so far that’s the only 2 things I notice inconvenient, but is a clean hotel, quiet, & the location is excellent.. the check in was smooth and fast "

"The hotel was so cute and the service was so nice!! I only took off one star because there was a musky smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant. Sort of like wet carpet or old AC smell. Besides that, the place was very clean, everything was in working condition and it was situated on a nice street. I traveled alone and felt very safe. "

"Negatives: Property is going through a MAJOR renovation. Elevators are shared by guests & construction workers / materials. Parking is located across the street due to construction, but they still charge for parking! Positives: The staff was wonderful! The restaurant food was outstanding. Great views & overall nice property with a great location. Renovated room was very nice. "
