The head lady in charge of greeting and assisting with be breakfast, Miss Chen, was especially great in her cheerful, friendly and helpful manner. The bathrooms could have used an extra roll of toilet paper (only one roll was provided for two guests) as well as some hand soap at the sink. "

"Room condition and quality meets the pictures on the website. It's a business travel hotel, so the room is in decent size but very clean. Same for the bathroom, with sufficient space for one person and amenities and design are also pretty good. Checkin lobby is at 7th floor and the hotel rooms takes a few different floors. My room is at 2nd floor. Going in and out of the hotel is easy, and there's a security guard at the lobby entrance of the building. I have no problem staying there...

When asked for dining recommendations, a certain male concierge directed us to the street behind the building where there were a lot of local restaurants and cafes which we thoroughly enjoyed! The Japanese hi-tech toilet was good too as it had a seat warmer and hands free bidet (not all hotels in Taipei have bidets).
